Thank goodness the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services put out such a informative sign about putting cigarette butts in urinals. For years I would pick them out of the urinals, I mean, who doesn’t love free stuff, and try to light them. Only to find they were very soggy and mushy. I could never get them lit.
